ABCS is the implications-analysis lens inside the Key Transitions Imperative. When an organization spots a major external change it must respond to, ABCS names the four internal dimensions it has to flex: Attitudes, Behaviors, Cultural norms, and Skills. It works as the step that determines internal implications, forcing a clear-eyed look at exactly what has to change before a transition can stick. Most organizations fail at a transition not because they miss the need for change, but because the real-world implications of making it catch them off guard.
