The Scalability Matrix

Definition

The least you need to know

The Scalability Matrix is the set of Imperatives every organization has to get right to reach the peak of the Lifecycle and stay there, whatever its sector or type. Read against the Lifecycle arc, it places six Growth Imperatives on the left for organizations climbing through Whitewater, six Recovery Imperatives on the right for those sliding into Treadmill, and Ownership and Self-Accountability at the center as the hub both sides converge on. The guidance is to work on two, three at the most, at any one time.
