The Predictable Success Lifecycle is the spine of the model: seven stages every organization moves through as it grows and declines, in a fixed order. Early Struggle, Fun, and Whitewater are the growth stages, Predictable Success is the peak, and Treadmill, The Big Rut, and Death Rattle are decline. It applies to any group of two or more people working toward common goals. Stages cannot be skipped, but an organization can cycle through them or stay stuck in one indefinitely.
