The Operator is one of the four leadership Styles in the Predictable Success VOPS framework, the practical do-er who gets things done. Operators are action-oriented finishers, driven by finishing and fixing, willing to work long hours to drive a job to completion. They are the heroes of the Fun stage, paired with the Visionary to pull a young organization out of Early Struggle. Their challenge is that the autonomy that makes them invaluable early on turns them into bottlenecks once an organization needs systems to scale.
