Fit to Role

Definition

The least you need to know

Fit to Role is the match between a person's VOPS profile and the Style demands of the job they actually do. When the fit is close and the talent is there, success follows; when it is poor, you get stress, lost motivation, and eventually underperformance, no matter which Style is mismatched. It is the practical payoff of the whole VOPS diagnostic, the point where the four Styles and four score levels meet the real job description.
