Visionary

Definition

The least you need to know

The Visionary is the first of the four VOPS leadership Styles and one of the three natural Styles, alongside the Operator and the Processor. Visionaries operate at 30,000 feet, live for long-term and strategic questions, and embrace change and risk. They get their charge from starting things and solving things, while finishing and maintaining hold the least appeal for them. This is the Style present at the founding of almost every successful venture, the one whose risk tolerance carries an organization through Early Struggle and sets direction through Fun.
