A Dominant Visionary is a leader whose Visionary score sits above the Primary band, in the range VOPS calls Dominant, where the Style owns the person rather than the person owning the Style. They always reach for a Visionary solution, even when an Operator or Processor answer would work better. This is the Style's dark side, sometimes called the Arsonist: an asset in Fun, a liability in Predictable Success. A Dominant score can't be managed on self-awareness alone; it has to be coached.
