Visionary-Processor Conflict is the sharpest of the Style clashes inside the unstable Visionary-Operator-Processor triad. The two are nemesis Styles: the Visionary thinks long-term, loves risk, and starts from "Yes," while the Processor thinks short-term, avoids risk, and starts from "No, not yet." It usually surfaces in Whitewater, when a Visionary founder brings in the first senior Processor. It resolves the same way the whole triad does: by adding the learned fourth Style, the Synergist.
