Processor is the third of the three innate VOPS Styles, the one with an inborn drive to bring order by installing and running systems and processes. Where the Visionary starts and the Operator finishes, the Processor sustains, making work consistent, repeatable, scalable, and accurate. Processors trust data, value routine, dislike risk, and care about doing the thing right. No organization can scale without them, but run too dominant the Processor becomes the Bureaucrat, defaulting to "no" and choking innovation.
