The Synergist Skillset is the set of learned capabilities a person picks up by working through, with, and for other people over time. It explains why the Synergist is the one VOPS Style anyone can develop rather than one you are born with, absorbed almost subliminally by spending enough time in groups and teams. The skillset splits into Managing Yourself and Managing Others, and shows up in practice as seven verbs the Synergist works through to bring a group to cooperation: Regulate, Resolve, Interpret, Elevate, Sequence, Choreograph, and Harmonize.
