Crisis Management

Definition

The least you need to know

Crisis Management is one of the Predictable Success skills under "Managing Yourself," taught as a full-day module that treats crises as a normal feature of constant change rather than rare surprises. It builds a five-part system: Anticipate, Recognize Early, Manage Appropriately, Rebalance, and Learn the Lessons. A VOPS read runs underneath, since each of the four Styles brings its own strength and blind spot to every phase. Handled well, a crisis stays rare and contained and ends at a revised status quo.
