Personal Productivity

Definition

The least you need to know

Personal Productivity is one of the two halves of the Synergist's toolkit, the self-management skills a person needs before moving into Synergist mode with ease. It groups four of the toolkit's nine learned skills: Time Management, Priority Management, Crisis Management, and Delegation. It comes first for a practical reason: under pressure a leader retreats to their natural Style, and someone distracted cannot hold the focus Synergist work demands. The aim is reasonable control of your time, priorities, crises, and delegation, enough to turn up undistracted.
