The Enterprise Commitment
Definition
The least you need to know
The Enterprise Commitment is a twenty-word pledge: "When working in a team or group environment, I will place the interests of the enterprise above my personal interests." It is the mindset that turns a Visionary, Operator, or Processor into a Synergist for the length of any group interaction, by setting aside the urge to scratch their instinctive style itch when others are in the room. It triggers whenever two or more people are involved, formal or informal, and it opens the door to the rest of the Synergist toolkit.
