The least you need to know

Performance Assessment is the organization's ability to analyze why its people succeed and fail, codify both, and remedy the failures. It is one of the six Recovery Imperatives on the decline side of the Scalability Matrix, the lever that pulls a Treadmill organization back toward Predictable Success. Its goal is dynamic dialog that drives consistent improvement for the organization and the individual. The core insistence runs against industry norm: assess success as hard as you assess failure.
