Tori is the model's name for the real decision-making structure inside an organization, the one that grows organically as the organization gets bigger rather than the org chart on the wall. The picture is a set of nested doughnuts, with the senior leadership group at the bullseye. The rings run T0 through T4, from the ownership group out to the front-line contributors. Tori lets you name each layer, define what it owns, and pull people out of the multi-hat trap so the organization can scale.
