T4

Definition

The least you need to know

T4 is the outermost ring of the Tori model, the Predictable Success way of drawing an organization as concentric circles rather than a command-and-control chart of boxes and lines. Short for Torus Four, it consists of individual contributors: front-line employees with no direct reports. It sits furthest from the center, beyond T1 Senior Leadership, T2 the Manager Group, and T3 Project and Team Leads. Drawing the organization this way produces more organic, better-quality discussion than communicating up and down a rigid org chart.
