T3

Definition

The least you need to know

T3 is the team, project, and shift-leader layer in the Tori, the concentric-ring tool Predictable Success uses in place of a traditional org chart. T3 owns the tactics closest to the front line and manages whole processes for the individual contributors below it, handling basic reprioritization, crisis management, and team coordination. It also acts as the first escalation stop, keeping frontline problems from running straight to the top. As a formal layer, T3 becomes necessary above roughly 25 people.
