The least you need to know
T0 is the outermost ring of the Tori model, the ownership and governance group that sits outside the four active management layers. It is the founder, owner, or governance body, and it holds the things an organization exists for rather than the things it does day to day: the mission, vision, and values. In a mature organization, T0 owns those while T1 sets the multi-year goals in consultation with T0. In a small early-stage organization, the distinction barely exists.
