Fun

The least you need to know
Fun is the second stage of the Predictable Success Lifecycle and the first of three growth stages, reached when an organization breaks out of Early Struggle by finding a profitable, sustainable market and turns its whole focus to mining it. You know you're in Fun when the P&L goes black, you pay yourself a real wage, and the bank balance keeps growing at month-end. It runs on flexibility, minimal systems, and a powerful Visionary plus Operator pairing. You can grow in Fun, but you can only scale in Predictable Success.
