Predictable Success Model
Definition
The least you need to know
The Predictable Success model is the whole-model frame that holds the rest of the system together, answering why so many new ventures fail, why second-stage growth is so hard, and why staying successful is so difficult. It applies to any group of two or more people working toward common goals, for-profit or not. Built by observation rather than theory, it has two halves: the seven-stage Lifecycle every organization moves through, and the four Leadership Styles that explain who needs to be in the room at each stage.
