Key Transitions

The least you need to know
Key Transitions is one of the thirteen Imperatives of the Scalability Matrix: the ability to spot a major shift in the outside environment, work out what has to change inside the organization to meet it, and make that change before the shift forces your hand. It runs through five Key Factors in sequence and sorts the internal changes into four buckets known as ABCS – Attitudes, Behaviors, Cultural norms, and Skills. As a sustaining Imperative, it helps lock an organization into Predictable Success.
