The least you need to know

Training and Development is the organization's ability to equip its people with the knowledge and skills they need to be productive and to fit the culture, with the ultimate aim of Enterprise-Wide, High-Quality, Team-Based Decision-Making. It is Imperative 11 of 13 on the Scalability Matrix and pairs with Mentoring and Coaching to institutionalize knowledge and deepen the leadership bench. The goal is an ongoing set of learning modules that codify the "least you need to know" for success.
