T2

Definition

The least you need to know

T2 is the management layer in the Tori model, the middle managers who sit between the senior leadership group (T1) above and the team and project leads (T3) below. In a mature Predictable Success organization, T2 owns strategy: T1 hands down the goals, T2 develops the strategies to deliver them in consultation with T1 and T3, and T3 owns the tactics. T2 takes an enterprise view across the whole organization rather than one silo, and over time should grow into what T1 is now.
