Priority Management

The least you need to know

Priority Management is one of the three Managing Yourself skills in Predictable Success, alongside Time and Productivity Management and Crisis Management. It is about doing the right things: the choices over which issues to work on, as distinct from time management, which is doing things right. It builds on good time management, since you can have great productivity skills and still aim them at the wrong work. Its central tool is the Single Pre-eminent Goal, the largest transformational challenge a leader currently faces.
