The Four Leadership Styles (VOPS)
Definition
The least you need to know
VOPS is the four leadership Styles at the heart of the Predictable Success model: Visionary, Operator, Processor, and Synergist. They describe how a person shows up when working with others, not personality types. Three are natural Styles you are born with, while the Synergist is a learned Style that acts for the good of the whole enterprise. Left alone the three natural Styles gridlock, the root cause of most team dysfunction. Adding the Synergist turns a stuck group into a high-performing team.
