V-O-P Gridlock
Definition
The least you need to know
V-O-P Gridlock is what happens when you put a Visionary, an Operator, and a Processor in a room and ask them to make decisions and stick to them. They can't. The triangle is inherently unstable, settling into compromise or collapse rather than performance. It springs not from personalities but from traits common to each Style: different motivations, different goals, different perspectives. The way out is the fourth Style, the Synergist, who turns the group into a high-performance team.
