The Synergist
Definition
The least you need to know
The Synergist is the fourth of the four leadership Styles, and the only one you learn rather than inherit. Where the Visionary, Operator, and Processor are hard-wired and pursue their own fulfillment in ways that grind a team into gridlock, the Synergist puts what is best for the enterprise ahead of personal preference, resolving and harmonizing the other three into high-quality team decisions. It has purpose only in a group, and it earns its keep late in Whitewater and through Predictable Success.
