Styles Mix Tests

Definition

The least you need to know

The Styles Mix tests are the eight checks a Team Leadership Styles report runs to measure how well a team's combined VOPS profile holds together, with each test returning Excellent, Keep an eye on, or Requires attention. Together they ask one question from eight angles: does the team have all four Styles active, balanced, and free of the two failure modes that wreck decisions, Style Silos and a room full of Dominants. Anything other than Excellent triggers named strategies tied to that test.
