Styles Mix Strategies

Definition

The least you need to know

Styles Mix Strategies are the ten named remedies a Team Leadership Styles report prescribes when a team's combined VOPS profile fails one of the eight Styles Mix tests. The set is Re-Poll, Designated Driver, Safe Word, Overt Role-Modeling, Conscious Consensus, Pre-Framing, VOPS Poll, Sub-Group, Planned Expansion, and Red Team. Each one fires automatically when its trigger test reads anything other than Excellent, answering a specific failure with a concrete action. They are short- to medium-term tools, not cures, all aimed at a more balanced Styles mix.
