Myths and legends are the tales of derring-do an organization builds during the Fun stage, the extraordinary feats of early growth that get retold, magnified, and remembered as a golden age. They form because in Fun the organization says yes to everything and works out delivery later. The danger comes later: those one-off feats harden into perceived operational norms and unrealistic expectations. Keeping events to celebrate separate from norms to replicate helps decide whether an organization reaches Predictable Success.
