Inclusiveness

Definition

The least you need to know

Inclusiveness is one of the Teamwork skills in the Synergist's Toolkit, the people-side skill that breaks a team out of the V-then-O-then-P pattern and gets everyone jointly engaged in all parts of the team's work. The core distinction is engagement, not participation: a team member can be fully engaged without always actively joining the discussion. Without it, the Visionary, Operator, and Processor stay in their corners, working as three independent entities rather than one team.
