Communication Skills

Definition

The least you need to know

Communication Skills is one of the nine learned skills in the Synergist Toolkit, grouped under Teamwork alongside Conflict Management, Difficult Conversations, Inclusiveness, and Accountability. For the Synergist, it isn't mainly about their own ability to communicate. It's about facilitating effective communication among everyone else on the team, removing the barriers that stop the Visionary, Operator, and Processor from communicating well with each other. Like every skill in the toolkit, it can be learned by anyone and is reached for in the light of the Enterprise Commitment.
