CART
Definition
The least you need to know
CART is a four-step model for restoring accountability inside a team or organization: Clarity, Agreement, Reporting, and Transparency. Each step closes a distinct failure mode, from ambiguous communication and silent non-compliance to the absence of a spotlight on progress and contested results. As an organization grows, individual self-accountability tends to decline and leaders end up chasing decisions that were never carried out. CART gives them a way back, since the fewer places there are to hide, the more people follow through.
