The Ideal Handoff
Definition
The least you need to know
The Ideal Handoff is a referral mechanism inside the Scale Architect community, where a client moving from one Lifecycle stage to the next is passed to a colleague who specializes in that stage, all without leaving the Predictable Success framework. Because both practitioners work from the same model, vocabulary, and Scalability Matrix, nothing the prior practitioner did has to be unwound. The result is cross-referral rather than competition: the client gets the right person at the right time, and the referral gets reciprocated.
